A „future press release“ means just that–it should be written as if the product has already launched, and, more important, is already a success in the marketplace. Rossman had just […]

Text Messaging in the United States; Google’s Earnings; Google, Facebook, and GDPR – Stratechery by Ben Thompson: Given that iMessage doesn’t work on Android, in countries where Android is stronger it is worth the hassle to get everyone on an alternative app; then you get the superior user experience of IP-based messaging no matter who you are texting. In the U.S., though, where the iPhone is much stronger than much of the rest of the […]

Leseempfehlung für alle, die ein iPhone haben, und für die, die iPhone-Nutzern Tech-Support geben müssen (Kinder, hust, Enkelkinder und so). iPhones are hard to use  ¶  Personal Weblog of Joe Clark, Toronto: Last but not least, almost nobody knows you can designate some correspondents as “VIP,” so that their messages and E‑mails really get […]

Seit Jahren habe ich ein Android-Smartphone, bin also Smartphone-Besitzer zweiter Klasse. Warum?
